Wuhan University of Technology
Wuhan University of Technology, abbreviated as "martial arts", is located in Wuhan, Hubei Province, the largest city in Central China. It is the national key university of science and technology directly under the Ministry of education of People's Republic of China. The state's first "211 Project" and "characteristic 985 Project" are the key construction universities. It is the "111 plan" and "the education and cultivation of excellent engineers." China's high level research universities, such as the plan, the overseas high level talent introduction program and the high level university graduate project of the state building, have been built by the Ministry of education, the Ministry of transportation, the State Oceanic Administration and the national national defense technology and Industry Bureau.
The Wuhan University of Technology was incorporated in 2000 by the Ministry of education, the Ministry of transportation, the Wuhan Industrial University of China automobile industry, the Wuhan University of transportation science and technology, and the three universities of the Wuhan automotive industry university. The earliest origin of the school can be traced back to the Hubei Technology School founded by Zhang Zhidong, the governor of the Qing Dynasty, the governor of Huguang. By the end of April 2014, the school had three campuses, covering an area of more than 4000 mu; the total area of the school building was over 1 million 560 thousand square meters, and more than 390 million copies of the four modern library collections; more than 37300 undergraduate students, more than 15000 doctoral and master's students, and more than 800 foreign students.
In the 2014 Times published by the times, the Wuhan University of Technology ranked ninth in mainland China and forty-ninth in Asia, entering the top 400 list of the Ninth World Universities in the 2013-2014 year of the times higher education, ranking in the 301-350 place in the mainland and eighth in China.
