NDW series microcomputer controlled material torsion testing machine is manufactured according to GB/T 2611-2007 General Technical Requirements for Testing Machine and GB/T 1018-1998 Standard of Metal Room Temperature Torsion Testing Method. Applicable standards: GB, ASTM, and other domestic and international standards. The machine has beautiful appearance, convenient operation and stable and reliable performance.

The microcomputer controlled torsion testing machine produced by our company combines advanced control technology from abroad with exquisite appearance design. The high-strength main engine is composed of high-precision ultra-wide linear guide rail and ultra-thick main engine steel plate of Taiwan ABBA Company. The high-performance output and control of torque and torsion angle are realized by using Taiwanese Dongyuan AC servo motor as the output power source to the high-efficiency cycloid pinwheel deceleration system.

The control system adopts the world's popular high-speed PCI2.2 standard parallel bus design, using the BB company amplifier, AD company's high-speed analog-to-digital converter and CPLD to form a data acquisition system and high-precision torque sensor to form a measurement system. The software is designed and upgraded by C.NET, a popular language in the world.

The professional software of the testing machine can automatically calculate the maximum torque, torsional strength, upper and lower yield torque, prescribed non-proportional torque, shear modulus and other data and indicators. The control and data processing of the testing process by the computer control system conform to the requirements of the corresponding national standards, and the test reports are diversified such as WORD, EXECEL and so on.
