I. Product Introduction

This series of horizontal hard-support balancing machines uses roller support and ring belt drag, with data processing by an industrial control computer, real-time display of unbalance values, phase angles, and real-time rotational speed. The bed is made of solid casting for good stability. Due to the use of relatively soft flat belts to drag the workpiece, there is no additional unbalance interference, so the measurement accuracy is high and the structure is simple. It is widely used in the industries of electric motors, fans, diesel engines, automotive parts, etc. Balance measurements can be performed on single, double, and multiple calibration surfaces. It is suitable for shafts, disks, and center-of-gravity extended rotors. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, accurate precision, intuitive display, reliable quality, and convenient maintenance. It is the first choice for general dynamic balancing workpieces. The software has two calibration functions for common workpieces and standard rotors, overcoming the defect that users of other hard-support balancing machine measurement systems have difficulty calibrating the equipment themselves. ★The measuring system has powerful performance: any workpiece calibration, wide measurement speed range starting from 80 rpm, measurement speed block, unbalance amplitude and phase stability, high deweighting rate and separation ratio, high sensitivity

★The software comes with an unbalance calculator. The operator only needs to enter the vibration accuracy level, mass, working speed, and radius points of the workpiece, and click on the calculation to get the grams of allowable residual unbalance of the workpiece.
