1 friction and wear testing machine and its toolbox are installed in the packing box of the testing machine. The outer packing should be checked first before opening the box. After opening the box, you should first remove the technical documents, then check whether the components in the packing box are intact, and check whether there are missing parts according to the packing list.

2 put the pin on the friction and wear tester on the solid platform or cement table, and use the level to find the right position, so that the machine is in a horizontal position.

The power supply system of 3 test machine is two phase three line 220V. The host must have grounding wire.

1. before the work, check the parameters are normal.

2. no force impact on the sensor.

3. in case of emergency, press the emergency stop switch immediately. If you do not understand the problem, ask the manufacturer for help.

4. loading lube oil is usually replaced in 2-3 years.

5. keep the test machine clean.
