The passive needle can not stop well at any position, and it does not coincide with the main needle. 4. when the load increases, the oil leakage of the oil circuit system is serious or the tubing is broken. 5. after the specimen is fractured, the swinging hammer quickly returns to the original striking position, causing an impact on the test bench.

In fact, there are many kinds of methods to solve the problem. Each person has different remedial measures according to the experience of the use of the machine. Some are simple and complex, but the result is to adjust the machine to the best state. In the following, we give some maintenance experience in the experiment.

When the test product is broken to both sides, the test product is not well placed on the test bed. At this time, we use the pliers to adjust the test products to the center position of the test rig, and the inaccuracy of the scale is mainly due to the loosening or tightening of some parts of the machine. The parts of the parts can be adjusted, and several tests can be done. Check the joint of the oil system or not to tighten it. If there is a need to replace the washer, it should be replaced in time. If the oil pipe is broken, check whether the joint of the oil system is tightened or not, if there is a need to replace the washer, it should be replaced in time, and the fastening pendulum can solve the impact caused by the quick return stroke to the test rig.
